The Abraxis Patient Access Program (APAP) income guidelines
have increased from a gross family household income of $75,000 to $100,000.
This program change was effective Monday, July 14, 2008 for
both your uninsured and underinsured Abraxane® patients. All other
program guidelines remain unchanged:
Permanently
residing in the US or US territories
Any diagnosis
deemed medically necessary by the MD
Call ARC of Support Reimbursement Services if you have any
questions.
A
REACH program counselor can provide reimbursement support and patient services,
including processing insurance information, finding/providing patient
assistance, and referring the patient to a specialty pharmacy.
Celgene Patient Support Coordinator®
Program (PSC®)
A
dedicated, central point of contact helping providers and patients identify
resources to gain access to Celgene products, including Revlimid®,
Thalomid® and Vidaza®. Available to answer your
questions Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
PACT+® (Providing Access to Cancer
Therapy), is Sanofi-aventis U.S.’s PAP for Cancer
medications.PACT+ provides access to
our oncology brands for eligible low income patients with an income of no
greater than 500% of the Federal Poverty Level.PACT+ also provides reimbursement support services plus offers help in
identifying a variety of alternative services and resources to support the
specific needs of cancer patients.For
